Peter Warrell

Director

With a 20+ year career across both operational and executive roles, Peter has honed a unique ability to transform business strategy into solid design and construction outcomes. After working for tier 1 construction companies for over 10 years and having held the position of Managing Director at another Commercial Construction Company for 11 years, Peter branched out and established Warrell Constructions.

Peter leads the business operations and ensures his detailed involvement in each and every project, from project conception through to project completion. By keeping involved with daily operations, Peter can ensure systems and procedures are implemented across the business to exceed client expectations and deliver all projects successfully.

Carl Tyson

Construction Manager

Carl is a communicative and proactive Construction Manager with over 10 years in the industry. His experience extends across both construction and client-side project management, bringing expertise in procurement, programming, design, construction & quality management.

Through his focus on strategic forward planning and commitment to aligning project deliverables with client needs, Carl has successfully managed a wide of range of projects for clients across both Australia & the United Kingdom.

David Hollett

David’s 25 years in the construction industry provides us and each client excellent experience and knowledge. His acknowledgement, respect and engagement of stakeholders at every level is well regarded and his trade based background has provided him with a thorough understanding of the complexities involved in the construction process and communicates this effectively on a corporate level.

Kym Richards

Site & Operations Manager

With over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, Kym is a proficient and meticulous Site Manager motivated by his skilful ability to drive performance of subcontractors and staff.

With a carpentry background and a wide range of experience in medical, commercial & multi-residential construction, Kym ensures we are consistently exceeding industry standards, our standards and our clients’ expectations.
